I have to say this is my favourite rec list that I have ever come across, it is layed out so well and you have such great comments on them! I love it, thanks for making it! I was wondering what, out of all the H/D fics you have read what is your favourite fic? Mine is In Pieces by Cheryl Dyson but I don't think I've read nearly as many as you.

I'm so glad you find this list useful. I'm 90% happy with it, the only thing missing in my opinion is adding the disability on the disability lists and the unusual career on that list, too, and then I'll be 100% happy. I've been slowly adding it, but I'll make a point to do it next month so I can strike that out of my to do list. :)

That's a serious question! ;) I've often thought of it myself. There are so many stories I love. I don't know if I could think of one. Sometimes when I'm wondering to myself I say I can't possibly pick less than five stories, but before I even finish listing those stories I'm bombarded with a ton of fic that I can read and re read and never get tired. I've been thinking of making a H/D meme "Stories Fandom Can't Live Without", and make a top ten (or top twenty?) with the answers people give. That'd be pretty cool, yeah?

But some of my very favourites would be Big Dick, Come Quick, Bond, Ain't No Friend Of Mine, Some Kind of Wonderful, Little Red Courgette, A Secret History, Delaney, The Arrangement Series, All That Remains, Turn, Stain Of Silence, The Weight Of Eternity, In Pieces (of course! Though another favourite of mine by Cheryl is…) The Incredible Race, One Harry Potter Please… lol I swear, I'd never end!

Yeah, definitely making that meme.

Yes, I know what you mean about it almost being there - but you'll probably find that its never 100% for you being the maker of it anyway! But you can hope :)

I think that would be a great meme, it would be so interesting for find out what people loved the most, you get an idea when there are ones that pop up on every rec list but this would push people to decide, you should totally do it! I know what you mean by it being difficult though, good job on being able to get down to that many!

I will let you know if any suggestions for the rec list pop into my head :)

That's what I think, it'd be interesting to see all the stories people remember. There are so many, so different approaches to Harry and Draco's relationship that making a list would be really hard, but sooo much fun.

I'll do it, probably next month (I'm traveling this weekend), but definitely will do it!

Oh goodness.

I read and read and read The Arrangement series. I love it so much, it is probably my biggest "comfort" read. All the bits are small and easy to wander in and out of, H and D are so mature but still so them, there's enough to really spend some time with it if you've the opportunity and gah. *flail*

(Of course, I flail all over her stuff in general, she's just gah. I want to raise my super seekrit lurky fangirl flag for rurounihime (and coffeejunkii as well if I'm being totally honest.)

Ooohhhhhh!!! The Arrangement is one of my absolute favourites. That first scene of them discussing if they about being together, God, it's one of my favourites in the whole world. But then there's Delaney *loves* and yeah, pretty much everything she writes. <3

THE FEELS. She is so wonderful and I just want to roll around in them. My heart just *aches* for Draco in p1. It just aches. I have read it so many times and it still gives me that feeling. It makes me feel all shakey for him.
