This is such a beautiful, complex story. It's slightly AU, in which, as the summary says, Draco joins Dumbledore's Army to learn to defend himself, and this decision changed Draco's life so much, and that's one of the many awesome things about this story. It shows us exactly how. We see Draco in Fifth Year, learning these spells, watching Harry, seeing a different side of him, interacting and while not everything is completely different, enough it is that Harry and Draco had the foundation for an amazing friendship that they cultivate way after the war.

We see Draco seeing Harry being so happy in the DA, sees him again at his best when he encourages Harry to reform the DA again and more than that for it to become a club where students can practice and learn.

Then they join the Auror academy and ultimate become partners, but through all these there's this amazing friendship and chemistry—something that had started back in Hogwarts grow.

And we see both POVs, too! Harry, through the story see him grow and learn more about his heritage, discover it, sort of, and feel like he belongs, learning costumes and sharing them with his friends, with Draco. It's a journey, from them being young and living through so much to finding each other and happiness. Amazing!

Title: Strange Bathfellows

This story is just so cool. Just look at what it features! :D

It starts with a Potions accident. A badly-brewed Potion is spilled onto Harry and Draco's crotches (I KNOW!) and now they must follow this treatment (which includes baths) in order for their dicks not to fall off – true story! They must take this bath together for half an hour every day and then rub some lotion. It's actually rather brilliant, and every bit as much fun (and mortifying at the beginning) as you can imagine. Naturally one things leads to another and soon they come to an agreement that turns to more, at least on Harry's side. ;)

Title: (Un)Calculated Risk

Delicious, delicious story in which, oh my god, okay, Harry and Draco have been together in secret and obviously Harry's ready to tell the world, Draco is a bit wary and there's a hell of a lot of rimming and fucking and these two being completely in love and dorks. Seriously, this fic is going to make your day, it's hot, super sweet, smoking hot and just brilliant. <3

This is such a wonderful, wonderful story! :D It's an AU, in which Draco befriends the Golden Trio in first year: back when Quirrel set the troll lose he goes to warn Hermione of it but instead he ends up trapped with her in the bathroom. Then the whole, "There are some things you can’t share without ending up liking each other, and knocking out a twelve-foot mountain troll is one of them" includes him. :)

And so we see them being friendly, a bit of how they are together, their interactions but most of all we see them in 8th Year, Post War, with Draco having all these feelings for Harry, and god, their friendship, along with Ron and Hermione's is truly brilliant. Seeing him insecure about coming out, more so about ever confessing his feelings for Harry. Trust me, this story will leave you with a big smile on your face. :D

This fic, oh my god, it's crazy and it's awesome! It starts with Harry being in the hospital wing because a Bludger hit him during a Quidditch game. Then he wakes up in the middle of the night and now the bed next to his is occupied, and the person in there is moaning and groaning. And he's thirsty. I mean, just, literally thirsty not—you get the idea. So he pours himself a glass of water and peeks onto the other bed and, yep, it's Draco having a wet dream, only Harry realises this he sort of drops his glass of water. Onto Draco. Then one thing leads to the other and ^ *points at summary* Things get really good! \o/

It's every bit as crazy as it sounds. Brilliant!

Ohh, this fic! :D It's slow-burn like you hear about it! But there's a lot, a lot of interactions between Harry and Draco because for starters, McGonagal, to promote inter-house unity decides to mix Gryffindor and Slytherin and Harry ends up, yep, a Slytherin, rooming with Draco and Blaise (Blaise is absolutely brilliant!), Greg (also so cool), and Nott (also—you know the characterisations in general in this fic are pretty damn fantastic). But more so, Harry's wildly popular. Imagine Harry's worst nightmare popularity-wise post war, and there's this reporter, in an attempt to write the story of his life decides to cast a soulmark spell on Harry and find our who is his, you know, destined soul-bound person. You know what I mean. ^^

Only the spells hits also Draco and Ron and Hermione and they all get their soul-mate's names written in their bodies. And let me tell you, Draco is so not very thrilled when the name that appears on his chest is Harry's. But wait! That's not all, Harry—poor dear Harry, he doesn't have a name written anywhere, which is pretty distressing because, doesn't Harry get to be happy and have a soulmate?

So then they try to find a counter-spell while Harry deals with not having a soulmark while falling in love with Draco, basically, only he's in total denial on that one. ;) It's so super!

Title: 1,000 Points From Gryffindor

Featuring Harry's suspicious nature turned up to eleven again, a new DADA teacher who is so not here for Harry’s fame, multiple detentions, Slytherins being sneaky, Hufflepuffs being sneakier, and the mystery of Draco Malfoy's hoodie because seriously Hermione who gave that to him and is he wearing it just to torment me? This is ridiculous!

This fic, well, it's basically the cutest thing ever. Like it says in the summary, Harry's trying to have a normal year at Hogwarts, worry only about his classes and homework and Quidditch, but if we're talking about normal for Harry, naturally that means being obsessed about Draco. I mean, obviously.

What's Draco doing? Well, he's wearing a Hufflepuff hoodie. And it's awesome, this hoodie; it's got badgers on the sleeves and a bit 'Hufflepride' emblazoned on the back and he's wearing it all the time, and Harry's dying to know why. He has all these crazy theories, and what's worse (and by "worse" I mean better!) he, Draco, knows he's driving Harry crazy. But that's not all either, he's being friendly to other Houses, hanging out with Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws alike and yeah, Harry needs to know what's the deal.

And the road to Harry unravelling the mystery of Draco's hoodie is completely awesome and hilarious, losing, well, 1,000 points in the process, but also gaining so much more. :D

Title: Games Night

This fic, there's so much UST in this fic! :D It begins with Games Night, Draco and Hermione's idea to promote inter-house unity. But of course Harry ~challenges Draco, and so they end up playing Twister (and rubbing onto each other in all sorts interesting places). And then next Games Night is. . . Strip Poker. So yes, it gets better. :D

Title: Who I Really Am

This fic, oh, it's delightful! In which Draco starts apologising about his actions during the war (mind you, in a very ~Malfoian manner) and Harry is upset because people are liking Draco a bit too much now, and that just doesn't sit well with him. They don't see Draco the way he does, you see. Or maybe some do? ^^

We also see Draco having a very particular reaction while Harry tries to chat with Luna's snake. Apparently his reaction makes Harry realise about his own reactions towards Draco.

It's really funny, and oh! Ron's reaction at Hermione and Draco studying together are super! :)

Title: Golden Age

Now magic is dying on the isles, and this is not a dark lord that Harry can fight. OR: Harry Potter doesn’t save the world this time, but he does get a lot of hugs.

This story was such a joy to read. Harry and the rest of the 7th and 8th year students are to be re-sorted, and Harry, who was not happy about this at all, goes first.

It turns out, he ends up a Hufflepuff. :D But so end up a few other familiar faces, including one Draco Malfoy. Harry is actually quite content to end up a Hufflepuff, and is determined to learn Draco's Huffflepuffian side, too. (Naturally.)

But you have to read, how wonderful this author wrote this house, its values and secrets and ritual and what an amazing House this is.

But that's not all, as a project Neville discovers magic is leaving the land, and soon the veils protecting magical dwellings, cities are going to fail and the magical world will be exposed and the House of Hufflepuff will be fundamental to fix it.

That's what this story is about, but more so, it comes with amazing characterisations and descriptions and moments that are touching, endearing, emotional and amazing fun. Read it! :D

Title: Deep Waters

Summary: When eighth year turns out to be just as unpleasant as Draco had suspected, he looks for something positive he can do for himself. Like trying to teach himself how to swim in the Great Lake. Only things don't go as planned when Potter somehow finds out.

This fic, it's just lovely. It's about Draco being back at Hogwarts for the 8th year, only he feels completely disconnected with everything, indifferent to his surroundings and friends and people. It's really touching, but then he decides to do something, to try something knew to see if shakes that indifference away. And so he decides to learn how to swim, on his own. And he does, he goes alone to the Lake a couple of times, until this one day (or night, rather), he nearly drowns, and there's, of course, Harry to rescue him (while he was skinny dipping!!!). He's very upset at the beginning, but then Harry offers to help him. And this, well, this makes all the difference in the world. Wonderful to read, and beautiful interactions between Harry and Draco. :)

Title: Break-Up Sex or at AO3

Indeed, the only thing remaining of Harry Potter are a tatty pair of trainers. But, since there's no Major Character Death warning, I feel okay with telling you; Harry's not dead. :D He is gone though. And no one seems to know where.

God, Draco's reaction when he realises Harry's gone is so, so perfect. But that's not all—well.

But soon after Harry vanished Draco started hearing things, hearing someone. At first, just a voice, asking if someone could hear them. Later on he realises the person he's been hearing is Harry, and he's the only one who can hear him. And even more so, they soon realise Draco – people, can see Harry in the mirror, see his reflection on a mirror.


It still very hard for both of them. Draco has his own problems; people mistrusts him, and well, Harry still feels isolated, without a body, barely a presence. But the way their relationship develops is lovely. Great story.
