Title: The Things They Never Say
Author:
bixgirl1
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 9,200 Approx.
Summary: “Do we always have to fight first?” Harry asks breathlessly, shoving his hips forward in a quick rhythm. // Draco’s hands still them, and he pulls off for a moment; glances up at Harry with an are you daft? expression. His lips are shining and plump. “Can you imagine it as this much fun otherwise?” he asks rhetorically. // Harry and Draco don't know how to talk. So they do other things instead.
This is such a hot, intense fic. It's kind of non-linear because it starts with Harry and Draco fighting/fucking (more fucking than fighting at this point, really! :D). But we also get to see how the whole thing started.
Draco is a reporter for the Daily Snitch an he's been pestering Harry for a quote in the week of the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts. Obviously they start up fighting, which ends with them actually fucking.
But it's just that, this thing they do, they fight and then they fuck, until maybe they don't need to always fight? It's amazing because they are the worst at trying to communicate and at the same time they are obviously so invested and—read it, it's hot, intense, and sweet, in a very Harry/Draco sort of way. :D
