You have to love Luna because she thinks it's a great idea to send Harry and Draco to the middle of a lake alone, and wait for a mystical Monster to show up.
Draco really is on a mission here, and it's not exactly finding Nessy either. Also, you see what she did with the title there? Yeah, that'll make sense when you read it.
