Well, what can one say about Bond that hasn't been said before?

Nothing, so I'll just say what everybody have been saying since this story was first written.

This is THE Bond fic. This story is the one that sets the bar for bonding fics.

It has everything you can love in a story and more. There's Harry and Draco forced into a bond and fighting it; it has them really seeing each other for the first time; it has them falling in love, unable to help it, really; it has the turmoil of this happening in the middle of Voldemort raising to power and them being on opposite sides; it has steamy sex (oh god, there's that in buckets!); it has some of the best supporting characters, specially Snape and Hermione.

It's beautiful. It really is, at the end, a love story with an unlikely beginning.

Oh, Big Dick, Come Quick.

This is pretty much what converted me to Harry/Draco.

A lot of people say that BDCQ is the longest PWP ever written, but I disagree completely.

The thing, beyond the sex and smut, (and Jesus, how can I even start saying how hot it is, oh my god, you have to read it to understand) there's a lot of exploration into Harry and Draco characters. This is a fic about their relationship, their lives and it has plenty of self-discovery.

There's vulnerable!Draco and powerful!Harry, oh god, my most favourite cliché; Hung!Harry (alsdkjf!!!) Seriously.

So yes, there's a lot of sex, but there's also love, and the story behind it.

Oh! There's Ginny!Bashing. And Weasleys that rock, and Blaise and Narcissa that rock even harder.

It took me ages to read Reparo.

The thing with this story is that everybody and their crup has recced and everybody kept saying "This is the eight year fic", but nobody said why this story was so good, and it's pretty long to dive into without having a clue beyond the 8th year story set up.

But I finally read it and I did love it.

This story is fun to read. It doesn't have this incredible mystery and it's not heavy on the plot—I do love those, but don't you want sometimes something on the lighter side?), and by this I don't mean it doesn't have a plot, it does, but the main thing about this story is Harry and Draco's relationship evolving past the war.

This is a long fic, and there's a lot of Harry/Draco interaction, and without Voldemort in the picture this is truly a pigtail-pulling. There are all these moments that are awkward and hilarious and sort of sweet, and really, it was a delight to read.

They go through all of it, the fighting, bickering, obsessing about each other, then seeking each other's company, and all the time there's the whole "oh, it's about to happen" on the back your head that you can't wait for it to happen.

And once it does, once all that tension starts to spill, it becomes really intense and very sexy.

The thing about Reparo is that it is how their relationship would start. It wouldn't be that one day they wake up and realize they've been in love with each other all along.

They will fight, and get into each other's nerves, and then they will crash and clash, and then they will snog and not be able to keep out of each other's pants and at the end, they won't be quite able to say they want each other and love each other, but they won't be able to stay away and will be together because they are good together.

The art on this story is incredible. For those few of you who haven't read it, this fic was written for a Big Bang and has plenty of art in the story, take the time and go all of it because the art is gorgeous.

So, Reparo, everything you could wish for an 8th year fic.
