Title: Back From the Edge
Author:

Rating: R
Word Count: 7,900 Approx.
Summary: Faint though it seems to him, Draco hears the scrape of metal across stone echoing in his ears and with a quiet sigh of relief, he closes his eyes and hopes as he lets the darkness take him.
Warnings: graphic self harm, disability (loss of use of a limb)
This is a hurt/comfort story, and it's very emotional. The prose is really amazing, but what I love the most about it, even though it's mostly Draco-centric, it's Harry who stole my heart. I mean, my heart ached for Draco, the descriptions of how he feels and his struggle are so very touching, but there's Harry's calm perseverance and maturity that is just gorgeous.
