Summary: After an unusual late-night encounter with the Mirror of Erised, Harry finds himself with the unexpected (and rather unwanted) ability to see aspects of everyone else's deepest desires. Harry really wishes things like this didn't happen to him.
There are a lot of things to love about this story.
It's an 8th year fic, and, as the summary says, Harry has a weird encounter with the Mirror of Erised, and now he can see everyone else's desires, but what Harry does after he realises (quite nearly going mad in the process, I mean, picture Harry being able to see what everybody desires when they touch him) is try to help them get what they want. And there's Harry himself, who the mirror wasn't able to show him what he wants, but he, himself, doesn't know what he wants. And there's Draco, of course, who is afraid of what he wants, so every time he touches Draco, he sees them, as they are, talking, or sharing a comfortable silence, until… Well. I won't spoil it for you.
Another thing I love about this story is Harry's voice, the author gives Harry such a lovely and funny characterisation through the fic, it's just lovely.
