Summary: A desperate attack sends Draco to a place he could never imagine, and he embarks on a journey he never thought possible.
Just as the final battle is ending, Draco is attacked, and the only way to save him is with a spell that will enable Draco to travel through time. And so Draco goes to the past, and through this story he sees him himself, his younger self and Harry back at Hogwarts with him as a teacher.
It's very dramatic and just the right way of confusing, until everything falls into place.
