Draco is broken beyond repair on this story, and the only things that gives him any will to live is belonging to Harry.
There is something kind of alluring about this story. I guess it's because of Harry's acceptance of the situation, of having Draco as a slave of some sort, not in the way that he hurts him or anything, it's the ownership feel of it. I don't know, but I like it.
