Oh, I love me some memory lost fic. And this one is one of the best.
Draco's lost all his memories, all of them. He doesn't even know he's a wizard, and he's in the Muggle world. But he's not lost... I mean, he is, but this is not a fic in which Draco doesn't know what to do, this is a fic in which Draco finds a direction and he's his own man.
It's like, without all the prejudices of whom he's supposed to be Draco finds himself. And then Harry finds him.
