Oh wow, this was such a brilliant fic! I'm completely in love with Harry's voice here and the profound atmosphere. I always like fics that deal with Harry's terrible childhood, because, in the books, it isn't handled very realistically, in my opinion. Harry is too adjusted in canon. Thanks for the rec!
