Summary: Since the war, Harry’s been living on the fringes of the Muggle world and alienated from the Wizarding world. Draco’s struggled his whole life to satisfy his father’s idea of what it means to be a “Malfoy Man” in the Wizarding world, never comfortable in the role. Can they help each other find a place where they feel at home?

This is such an emotional fic. As the summary says, Harry's been living in the Muggle world, keeping in touch with only a handful of people, and then this one night he sees Draco after many years. They have this connexion, and have this magical night. I don't mean sex, no, they see each other. Harry shares things about himself with Draco that he never had shared with anyone else. You can see something happening between them, some that changed them. But Draco is keeping something to himself. And before he has a chance to be open with Harry back, his secret is outed in The Prophet.
It's so lovely, reading about all these moments they share, all in one wonderful, honest night, the sexual tension, and though I don't want to spoil it, I'll say the ending is wonderful. :)
