Title: The Child in Me
Author:
dawnlett
Rating: PG 13
Word Count: 5,700 Approx.
Summary: When Harry feels as if the war is too much to bear, he discovers that there is one thing that will help him forget.
I love stories that explore the neglect and abuse Harry suffered as a child. This story does that, in such a gentle manner.
This is an Ageplay fest story, but it's not about the kink. I feel the need to point this out because there are a lot of people who aren't into that, but this is not a daddy!fic (though I do love those).
This story is about Harry finding comfort, a small way to find release of the worries and frustrations of his life, about Draco understanding, seeing Harry instead of judging him, that pure, innocent joy Harry finds and how much stronger it makes Harry and Draco's relationship.
It's beautiful, so very lovely. I can't imagine anyone not loving this.
