This story is about Harry having a breakdown after the war. You see, Harry has been living like a hermit. He's left the magical world and friends behind and sort of holed himself in a cabin into the woods. And one day Draco goes to find him.

One of the many, many things I love about this story is that nothing huge happens. What I mean by this it's that there's not a mystery to solve, not a world to save, not a mission to accomplish. It's about a series of events, or rather, realisations Harry and Draco go through in this moment in their lives. It's about their lives.

I love the way Draco sort of handles Harry. He's not pushing him (yes, yes he does, in a way), showing that Harry is not the only one with scars, with issues, and certainly not the only one living with the consequences, though yes, even Draco admits that Harry has more issues than most. But more than that, I love it because it gives you a new perspective, it makes you see and know Harry in a different way. This crazy, human, scared Harry, and this Draco, who ultimately allows himself to be vulnerable in front of Harry, who is barely able to hold himself together.

It's written in such a way that it's fun, and intense and it makes you love the journey these two are making, as crazy as it is, it's pretty amazing.

But life goes on, Draco and Harry become friends because Al and Scorpius also become friends, and when Ginny dies, they learn they have a lot more in common than the death of someone who they loved.

It's very touching, and sweet, and sexy in that classic style of this author. Beautiful.
