Summary: Harry is getting magically bonded, Draco is drunk, and things don't go quite according to plan.
This is such an entertaining story.
The thing is, Harry is just about to be bonded to Ginny, and somehow (well, not "somehow", there's a perfectly logical turn of events that developed) ends up bonded to Draco instead.
And then they are both like, Oh Gee, we are bonded, I guess we just have to consummate the bond or else there will be dire, dire consequences indeed!
And they are absolutely mad about each other, but they are both in denial. And by this I mean, they are trying to hide it from the other. It's crazy, fun, and sexy. ^^
