Summary: Harry's desire to work with dragons is a liability, and unfortunately this seems to be Draco's problem.
Harry needs Draco's authorization to work with Dragons, but there's more to it than their work being related. Their story that started mid-war is not concluded, and neither of them have forgotten.
I really like the banter going back and forth, in person, through letters, and I love the ending. ^^
