This is such a gorgeous story. It's incredible! As the summary says, after twelve years of living in Romania Harry's returning to be Ginny's best man. He's obviously done well in Romania, he's had a great life, he loves his dragons. We learn through the story that he left England because he wasn't ready, you know? However, we also learn that all those years ago Harry and Draco had something – it was, you can say it was of sexual nature, but only it was obviously a lot more than that to both of them. You have to imagine that, remember how young they were back then, and Harry wasn't ready to stay, he was trying to find himself.

Now, seeing Draco after all those years, he feels everything he left behind, and he gets to know the man Draco's become, and he wants, he wants him so badly it hurts, it hurts both of them. They can't help it, they can't keep their hands off each other, but still, there are all these things unsaid and unfinished, and there's Harry that isn't sure if he's staying or coming back.

At least he thinks he doesn't know, only he totally does (OH MY GOD) and I just don't want to say anything else because you have to live this fic. These characters are so amazing and so rich. They laugh and cry and hurt and fuck and are beautiful in their complexity. Just, like, read it, you'll love it!

This story is fantastic. Seriously. It's incredibly touching and beautiful. As the summary says, Harry is injured during an Auror raid and now the life he loved, the life he enjoyed, the life he dreamt for himself is no longer possible, at least that's what he thinks.

He sinks in to a deep depression and Hermione, desperate to help, seeks Draco, who is now a Healer with also a Muggle degree who specialises in physiotherapy, and he's the best, so really, it is Harry's best and last chance.

Harry doesn't take this news -- that Draco is his new doctor and will be moving in for the duration of his treatment -- very well. Well, that's an understatement. But really, Draco is the best, and soon Harry's progress start to show and little by little they work together, toward maybe giving Harry his life back, to Harry finding himself again.

But of course isn't easy, because it's them, they have a whole history and they fall in love, which is, at the same time amazing and complicated.

It's truly a journey, not just Harry's physical recovery, but also realising he can be and is loved, that he doesn't have to do things alone, that people want to be there for him and it's OK to let them, to forgive them and most important to forgive himself. And Draco, falling in love with this amazing man and being scared of what it means, afraid of all the unethical reasons why their relationship might not work. It's gorgeous, really.

Title: The Fear is Just an Illusion

Content/Warning(s): I don't think there's Weasley/Ron bashing in this fic as such, but there's definitely an unflattering characterisation of Ron and George Weasley. Though they see the error in their ways. ^^

This fic is so good. It starts immediately after Voldemort's defeat. It's in this moment that Lucius makes the decision to hide, and in doing so he looks for other Death Eaters, and so he found a small cell that is still planning to remain active, and Draco is caught up in this, because he hates what this group stands for, but there's so little he can do for the other side, the "good" side , they are eager for revenge, so giving himself (or his family) up is just not an option. He's trapped with no good choices all over again. This time though, Harry found him, by pure chance, and so Draco starts being Harry's spy within this new group.

But you see, Harry has little power over the Ministry and everything they are doing for the sake of "peace." So Draco only talks to Harry and, god, there's so much grief and fear and anger, and in between they are knowing each other all over again, and it's confusing and amazing and at time the only good thing going on for the both of them.

I don't know if I'm making this story justice, but it's got great characterisations of Harry and Draco and is amazing and touching and dramatic. Very powerful.

Title: The Full Four Seasons

This story is amazing. It's truly fantastic. Oh my god. It starts when this one day Draco goes to his favourite coffee shop to get his weekly 'proper' coffee and finds Harry tending the counter. Harry's left the wizarding world some five years before, so it's really a shock to see him out of the blue like that.

But Draco goes back to the coffee shop and though this time it isn't Harry making his coffee (and not as good as Harry either!), Harry is there and they start talking. At first is, you know, Potter and Malfoy, a bit awkward and stand-offish, but as time passes they strike an unlikely friendship, a genuine friendship to the point that Draco encourages Harry to come back to the wizarding word. He suggests that if he doesn't want to navigate the press and all that his coming back implies, he could hire a RP firm to help him with that (Parkinson Zabini). Harry, feeling he's ready to come back and come out – officially, agrees and sets to set up a charity Ascendio, to provide a safe place and support for young LBGT people.

But there's so much more than that. Draco is married to Astoria, who by the way is amazing, she's his best friend and she's smart and confident, and just wonderful all around, and Draco does love her, very dearly, but he's living in denial, denial who he is and who he wants and they both have all this pressure to start a family—and now that Harry's made his way into Draco's life, Draco is simply unable to keep denying who he is.

There are so many feelings, the denial, but in a way that gets to your soul and you understand Draco and where he's coming from, so much UST, just, there, all the time, in every amazing interaction Harry and Draco have, growing and simmering under the surface. Harry and Draco's characterisations are beautiful, but so are everybody's; Astoria, Pansy, Hermione. Slow burn, but not too slow.

I know people can be wary of infidelity fics, but this story is not about that, or not only about that, it's about coming to terms with who you are, about finally being honest to yourself and the people you love, about understanding and love. It's truly wonderful.

There's so much lovely hurt/comfort in this fic. It starts when Draco summons Harry to his office for a work-related interview (Draco's working on a reform of Wizengamot Hearing procedures) and he needed to interview Harry about his hearing back from Fifth Year. Anyway, Harry is super curious about what Draco's been up to but once he sees Draco he realises there's something wrong with him. Days pass without hearing from Draco again so he takes a chance and goes to see him again, only to find him unconscious, and after taking him to St Mungo's, learning he had an unintentional overdose of Dreamless Sleep Potion.

He's surprised by how worried he is, how much he cares, and from then on, he's there for Draco every step of the way. There's a lot of emphasis on the comfort here, to the point that Draco practically moves in with Harry. And of course, eventually realising their feelings for reach other. Lovely. :)

Title: The Dragon's Arms

This is such an emotional fic. As the summary says, Harry's been living in the Muggle world, keeping in touch with only a handful of people, and then this one night he sees Draco after many years. They have this connexion, and have this magical night. I don't mean sex, no, they see each other. Harry shares things about himself with Draco that he never had shared with anyone else. You can see something happening between them, some that changed them. But Draco is keeping something to himself. And before he has a chance to be open with Harry back, his secret is outed in The Prophet.

It's so lovely, reading about all these moments they share, all in one wonderful, honest night, the sexual tension, and though I don't want to spoil it, I'll say the ending is wonderful. :)

Title: Not Just When You Want to Be

This fic is completely amazing. It's part of a Series called Are You Mine? This story is a prequel of both What I'm Waiting to Find and Midnight, which are Teddy/James (meaning, this series is Epilogue Complaint). In those stories, while we see Teddy and James getting together – and let me tell you, those stories are effing gorgeous, if you like Next Gen, you shouldn't miss them! – we also learn that Harry and Draco had a history together, something happened between them after the war, before each married Ginny and Astoria. This is that history.

We get to see Harry and Draco starting a tentative friendship, we see them getting to know each other, we see amazing, brilliant character development, there's so much UST, smoking hot sex (OMG, hung!Harry \o/), we see Harry realising there's a whole new side of him he wasn't aware of, and discovering that with Draco, but of course it's not simple, because Draco has obligations, because there are so many expectation on their shoulders. It's beautiful and hear-aching.

This story is mainly bottom!Harry, but there's a switching scene. YUM!

Title: Letters Through Time

Oh my god, this fic! It's just so sweet! Though I admit it kind of made all teary. There's gorgeous flangst here.

It's like the summary says, Harry's been gone for several years and he only just came back home and the first thing he does is read the letters that he received from his friends while he was away. And then he finds Draco's letters. We learn they were friends before Harry went on this mission for years and oh my god, I don't want to say anything else, because those letters, man, are so touching and beautiful (and might make you cry in the best of ways, guarantee!), and yes, that's all I'm going to say. It's lovely with the sweetest ending. :)

Title: Almost Like Song

This fic is very interesting and intriguing. Draco, presumed dead for years, is found in a warehouse surrounded by dead people, who apparently he killed. Ron found him and, realising how delicate the situation is asks, Harry, who is a Healer, to treat Draco, whom, we latter learn, is malnourished and can't talk, has been experimented and tortured.

As the story develops we begin to understand the whos and the whys, while Harry, who is the only person Draco trusts, helps him.

As I said, very intriguing!
