And So Death Took by icmezzo

Title: And So Death Took
Author: [livejournal.com profile] icmezzo
Rating: NC 17
Word Count: 25,000 Approx.
Summary: Fairy tales may soothe small children into slumber, but some stories themselves refuse to sleep. The Tale of Three Brothers, retold.
Warning(s): suicide, dark themes, and/or violence.

This story is surprising, you have to believe the author when it says "nothing is exactly as it seems" and trust them. It is a difficult ride at the beginning, but when you reach the end, you look back, and you know it's worth it.

It's not an adaptation or a re-tell of The Tale of Three Brothers as such, this rather the real consequences three friends suffer by being seduced by the Hallows. It's a story within a story, in which Draco becomes the silent hero, the hand behind the curtains.

It will surprise you and touch your heart, but like I said, you get to the end, and see journey was worth it.

You reminded me I have to go back and leave a coherent comment on this. :P
