Warning(s): Mpreg.

This story is based on The Parent Trap (1998).

I haven't seen this movie, so it took me quite a while to read this story, and know it has quite a fanbase, and I'm a little late reading it and reccing it. :/

James Potter and Scorpius Malfoy are identical twins separated when they were babies. Years latter they meet at an international Quidditch camp and even though at first they don't like each other, eventually they put the pieces together and realise they are brothers.

But that's not all, they decided to switch places, and so when it's time to return home, Scorpius goes with Harry as James, and James goes with Draco as Scorpius.

And it's really amazing, how Harry and Draco perceive the differences in their boys, but not even imagining it's the other twin. And when the boys plan to get their parents together, after they are discovered, well, Harry and Draco have all these issues on their own that have to face, like the little fact they've been in love with each other, unable to forget one another all the time they've been apart.

It's really fantastic; Harry and Draco's feelings, how they arise in the other's presence; how sweet and slightly devious both James and Scorpius are; the delicious smut, the characterisations… It's simply wonderful.

Oh no, don't be sorry. Seeing how much more the pregnant!Draco tag is used I guess pregnant!Harry is not so popular.

Yeah, and I'm not entirely certain why as from what I can tell people's top/bottom preference (for those who have them) are pretty evenly split.

I don't get this either. I mean, I can't even understand why one would prefer one always and forever topping the other without any switching.

Haha. That is something that comes around every so often. Best answer: it's a kink like any other. No difference between unable to resist hurt!Harry and being unable to resist bottom!Draco. It's the saying the opposite is gross/squicky/wrong that is sigh-worthy for anything.

(And I say that as someone who tends to prefer b!draco. I roll my eyes when I see people list t!draco as a squick that makes them physically ill. Which I see *a lot*)

I guess your theory is plausible.

I'm all for switching, but if I really had to chose I'd prefer top!Harry. But only if I really had to chose between the two. I do read and enjoy both top!Harry and top!Draco equally.

Haha. I'll skip a fic for many reasons, but not usually for who takes it up the arse.

Lol, same here.

I usually can't read death fics in which Harry or Draco die. I just can't handle the sadness. I'm such a sucker for happy endings.

I've got to be in the right mood. But that is my feeling for most things. In prompts I usually list bashing,non-con,death, muggle au and severe ooc as my squicks. But really only ssevere bashing & ooc are actual hit-the-back-button squicks. The rest just need specific mood for.
