Summary: Ron had a perfect — if not the perfect excuse for his reaction to Harry and Malfoy. You see, he had assumed Draco was a dog.
This is such a delightful, fun story. I can't even explain how great it is.
You see, Ron and Hermione left for Australia to bring her parents back, but their stay becomes a rather permanent arrangement. They, very worried about Harry, have exchanged letters and phones with him (rather franticly because, omg, poor Harry all alone!), and through these they manage to make out Harry's got a new friend: Draco, whom they believe is a dog. A puppy dog, so it's quite a surprise to find out Draco is not an ironically named pet, but a person, that Malfoy person.
It's just brilliant, and so funny. All the POVs from Ron, Hermione, Harry and Draco are fantastic. Trust me, you're going to have a great time reading this story, it's hilarious.
