Harry brings Draco his wand back after the war and the rest is history.
This fic, oh, it's so wonderful. It'll leave you with a big smile on your face. It starts when Harry returns Draco's wand and Draco finds it very suspicious because, well, he has reasons. Harry Potter doing him a favour? Of course he's suspicious.
The thing is, once the wand is returned they start corresponding –and let me tell you, Draco is so funny and witty! Eventually Harry invites Draco to help with the reparations at Hogwarts where there's even more bantering, lovely UST ultimately resolved, and god, it's wonderful all around. Also, Harry wears rainbow rain boots! :D
