A Hard Bargain (Or How Draco Malfoy was Ripped-Off) by valinorean
Title: A Hard Bargain (Or How Draco Malfoy was Ripped-Off) or at AO3
Author:
valinorean
Rating: NC 17
Word Count: 6,500 Approx.
Summary: Never trust in the god of love. He is a swindler and cheat. But sometimes the trouble is worth the price.
Some stories leave you with a big smile on your face, and this is one of those.
Draco's Auror partner is leaving the force to teach at Hogwarts, and now he's stuck working with Harry. And the problem is not that they don't work well together, they do, too well, actually, if a bit chaotically. The problem has nothing to do with the job and everything to do with their feelings, those both Harry and Draco are trying to repress (though apparently not fooling anyone) and how finally -- well, I'm not going to spoil it for you, but it's wonderful.
It's sweet, fun and sexy, and there are little snippets that give the title a brilliant meaning. It's lovely.
