Summary: Someone at the Ministry has it in for former Death Eaters. Draco Malfoy launches his political career as a rebel. Harry thinks it’s all a laugh.
I always think of this Draco as "Draco The Anarchist", at least I do so in my head. And it's just that this is such an interesting development in Draco's character. The thing is, Draco is convinced bad things are going to happen, that bad things are already happening, and he's trying to fight the system, but nobody is paying attention, until Harry pays attention to him, and not only because of Draco's cause.
Draco here is very inventive in his rebellion, and it's driving Harry crazy, because, you see, Harry's life was sort of numb, until Draco came back to it.
It's very funny and intelligent.
